Classic posts combine with Tatco black velour ropes & bell-shaped bases (both sold separately) to provide stylish, portable traffic guides. Heavy-duty shell is mirror-polished. Bell-shaped, weighted base stays in place & will not stain carpet. Rich velour ropes are prefit for the post & have matching snap ends. For complete stanchions, both ropes & bases must be ordered.
